Love the comic. I think comics like this really help to bridge a few of the gaps between American and Japanese culture.

I just found your comic via a Project Wonderful ad and really enjoy it. It's great to see the experience of other expats in the world (I'm an American in the Netherlands where the cultural differences are more subtle).
