You could actually print a colour poster of that and hang it in a Japanese commuter or subway train, and no passenger would think it was a fake. In fact, a few would likely end up asking for it in the store.
Actually I can see making prank subways posters and secretly hanging them would be a fun hobby in Japan. If only to find out how stupid subway posters have to be before any reaction is notice.
This would be a hard challenge, considering that I remember seeing a talking "poo" video commercial on the Tokyo Chuo Rapid JR line.

Actully you may have something with that fake poster game. I think they would know it was a fake if the poster actully made sense.
