Good to see that Carl is health conscious!

Maybe he can try Genmai (traditional Japanese brown rice). It's more expensive, but very healthy, full of fibre and nutrition. Tastes better too. (Too bad it isn't very sticky, so it is very hard to made sushi and onigiri with it.
