Mr. Fujikawa (藤川), don't you mean Fujikawa-san? In Japan, it was drilled into me to always refer to Japanese by their last names and use Japanese honourifics, especially "-san".

I am in a type of job where we get weekly training on anything tactical or technical. We got trained (again) on a form of combatives. It involves repetative movements and doing the right motions for about 5 hours. Long story short, other than the CopChot, dances are made every other day cause we can't play music at our office :<
